Going out in the City of Light

In Brabant you pull up a chair: at the bar, at a table full of strangers, with a group you have only just met. Eindhoven has the perfect street for it. On Stratumseind, often called the longest pub street in the Netherlands, you never have to walk far for the next café on a Saturday.

It is also a city of designers, engineers and international colleagues who come to work here for a few years. Strijp-S, the old Philips site, is home to creative spaces, and in October and November Dutch Design Week and GLOW bring the whole city out.
