The night in Lima

Lima eats first and goes out after. Ceviche is for lunch; the night is for anticuchos, chilcanos and pisco sours, and for conversations that stretch on in Barranco or around Parque Kennedy. Many nights out start with a sunset on the Malecón, facing the Pacific.

In winter the sky turns a flat grey and the garúa drizzle falls, so the fun moves to cosier bars; in summer everything heads to the beach and the terraces.
