Evenings in Turin

In Turin aperitivo is serious business: vermouth, nibbles and conversation under the porticoes or at the outdoor tables of San Salvario. Then dinner in a piola, a traditional local tavern, a stop in the Quadrilatero and, in summer, down to the Murazzi along the Po.
