Going out in Santiago

In Santiago the night starts slowly: first pre-drinks at someone's place, with piscola and conversation, then a terrace in Bellavista or a bar in Lastarria, and many plans only really get going after midnight. If it rained in the afternoon, even the Andes show off at sunset.
