Partner terms
This is a draft and may change before the program launches.
Who can join
Partners are approved by hand. We may decline or end any partnership, for example when the audience or promotion isn't a good fit.
Allowed promotion
Your own content, social channels, newsletters, honest reviews and affiliate networks with clean traffic.
Not allowed
Paying or rewarding people to sign up, bidding on the YesTonite name in search ads, spam, adult content, fake reviews, misleading claims, or presenting yourself as YesTonite.
When you earn
You earn a fixed amount for each new person who joins through your link within 30 days of their last click on it and then reaches the minimum spend for their location within 90 days. Only the most recent partner link counts. Existing members and your own accounts never count.
Holding period
New earnings are confirmed after 60 days. Refunds or chargebacks during that time cancel the earning.
Payouts
We pay monthly, 30 days after the end of the month, once your confirmed earnings reach $50. Payouts go to the method you choose in your dashboard; you're responsible for your own taxes.
Ending the partnership
Either side can end the partnership at any time. Earnings from rule violations are cancelled; confirmed earnings from fair promotion are paid out.
