Acceptable Use Policy

1. What YesTonite is for

YesTonite is for adults (18 and over) who want to meet other adults: to see who is nearby and open to meeting, chat, and join or host events in real places. Use it honestly, respectfully and only for yourself.

• You must be 18 or older, and you may have only one account.
• Your profile must be about you: your own photos, your real age and your own interests.
• Couples may share one profile only if both people agree to it.

2. Content that is not allowed

Do not post, send or link to:

• nudity or sexually explicit content, in your profile or in events;
• sexual messages or images to anyone who did not clearly ask for them;
• anything involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context; we remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities (see our Child safety standards);
• violence, threats, self-harm encouragement, or content that promotes hatred or discrimination;
• other people's photos, private messages or personal details without their consent;
• illegal content of any kind.

3. Behaviour that is not allowed

• harassing, threatening, stalking or pressuring anyone, including after they have blocked you;
• offering or asking for sex for money or gifts, escort services, or compensated or "sugar" arrangements;
• selling, advertising or promoting products, services, other websites or social accounts;
• asking members for money, gifts, bank or card details, or running scams or investment schemes;
• fake profiles, impersonating someone, or lying about your age or identity;
• using bots, scripts, scrapers or automated messages, or reselling access to YesTonite;
• trying to get around blocks, bans, payments or security, or interfering with how the service works.

4. Events

Events must take place in real, legal places and be open about what they are. Events with sexual services, paid companionship, or anything illegal are not allowed. Hosts are responsible for their event and its guests' safety.

5. Payments

Paid features on YesTonite are optional and are only sold by us, inside the app or on our website. Members may not sell anything to other members through YesTonite, and there are no paid chat partners. Misusing payments, for example with stolen cards or false refund claims, leads to a ban.

6. How we enforce this policy

Every profile, chat and event can be reported in one tap, and blocking someone takes effect immediately. Our team reviews reports. Reports about minors or safety threats hide the reported profile straight away until we have checked it.

Depending on what happened, we may remove content, warn you, suspend your account for a while, or close it permanently. We may keep information needed for safety and legal reasons, and we report illegal content and child abuse to the authorities.
